ARVARI - Academy of Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing

Summary

ARVARI (The Academy of Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing) is a training organization founded in 1997 by former Western European intelligence remote viewer Gerald O'Donnell. The academy teaches remote viewing and remote influencing techniques originally developed for intelligence agency operations, now made available to the public through structured training courses.

History

Founding (1997)

ARVARI was established two years after the CIA declassified its Stargate Project remote viewing program. Gerald O'Donnell launched the academy to open to the public what had been hidden for decades - methods to access the far reaches of the mind, rooted in both advanced intelligence protocols and profound mystical traditions.

Original Innovation

ARVARI was the first worldwide mind institute to:

1. Introduce the term "Remote Influencing" (1997)
2. Reveal the link between Deep Theta (4.5Hz) brainwave state and accessing information from the Universal Mind
3. Train students to rapidly enter Very Deep Delta State (below 0.5 Hz, known as Epsilon) while remaining fully conscious
4. Demonstrate that Lambda sub-waves (over 200 Hz) can exist within Epsilon stillness, allowing full consciousness at profound levels

Training Methodology

The Portal Course

The flagship training program is The Portal, currently in its 3.0 Epsilon/Lambda Edition (2025/2026). This comprehensive course combines:

Remote Viewing Training

• Entry into Theta brainwave states (~4-8 Hz)
• Ability to perceive people, events, and objects distant in time and space
• Techniques to break the space-time barrier
• Associational Remote Viewing (ARV) for prediction applications

Remote Influencing Training

• Entry into Delta brainwave states (<4 Hz) while remaining conscious
• Connection to the Source Field where reality is shaped
• Reality manifestation "from the inside out"
• Healing and regeneration techniques

Epsilon/Lambda Advanced Training

• Achieving Epsilon state (<0.5 Hz) - pure stillness
• Maintaining Lambda awareness (>200 Hz) within stillness
• "Brainwave superposition" - the field of powerful creative command
• Direct interface with the One Universal Mind

Course Components

The Portal 3.0 includes:

• 26 training modules
• Brain entrainment audio tracks (Theta, Delta, Epsilon)
• Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) for Epsilon/Lambda training
• Remote Viewing Secrets Revealed (Ebook and Audiobook)
• Remote Influencing Secrets Revealed (Ebook and Audiobook)
• Student discussion forums
• Monthly group mentoring (starting March 2026)

Scientific Foundations

Brainwave Research

ARVARI's techniques are based on the principle:

A ∝ 1/f (Awareness is inversely proportional to frequency)

As brainwave frequency approaches zero (Epsilon), awareness approaches infinity.

Quantum Physics Connection

ARVARI methods validate:

• John Bell's non-locality theorem - space is entangled at the quantum level
• Alain Aspect's 1982 experiments - confirming quantum entanglement (Aspect won 2022 Nobel Prize in Physics)
• Signal theory - a Dirac delta pulse (infinitely narrow) contains all frequencies

Applications

Financial Markets

Students report success in:

• Predicting market directions
• Commodities trading
• Binary options
• Cryptocurrency trading
• Lottery predictions

Personal Development

Reported benefits include:

• Profound self-healing
• Physical regeneration
• Spontaneous telepathy
• Instant creative insights
• Reality manifestation
• Stress elimination
• Synchronicity increase

Healing Applications

Techniques taught include:

• Remote healing of mind/body/spirit
• DNA reprogramming
• Addiction elimination
• Chronic pain relief
• Rejuvenation

Notable Testimonials

Financial Success

Hans Peter R. (Germany):

"I won the Lotto here in Germany 2 weeks ago! I am receiving a very large sum soon! I use the RV skills I have learned to feel, sense, and view the numbers in advance. Most importantly, I used the manifesting skills developed in your remote influencing course to convince my subconscious that I would win."

Healing Success

"I have healed myself of a chronic, painful back injury I received while skiing in my 20s in the Austrian Alps, which degenerated into disc problems and compression of the spinal cord. This and the subsequent arthritis had plagued my life for so long. It is all gone now, thanks to your courses."

Consciousness Expansion

Ross White:

"Extraordinary experiences with the Epsilon track. A feeling of 'being God', if that makes sense. In other words, melting within the Godliness, and coming back to 'normal, Beta life' with the memory and experience of that awareness."

Spiritual Integration

ARVARI synthesizes wisdom from multiple traditions:

• Christian Mysticism: "Be still and know that I am God"
• Kabbalah: Crossing the abyss of Daat to reach Supernal realms
• Sufism: Fana → Baqa (ego death → rebirth in the Divine)
• Vedanta: The Self is "smaller than the smallest, greater than the greatest"
• Ancient Egyptian: Solar initiation practices

Intelligence Connection

The academy's techniques originated from:

• Western European intelligence agency remote viewing programs
• Counter-operations against Soviet KGB/GRU psychotronics research
• Special Forces and anti-terrorist unit training protocols
• Operational use in field intelligence gathering

Upcoming Developments

Beyond the Portal (March 15, 2026)

An advanced course featuring:

• Direct live mentoring from Gerald O'Donnell
• Quantum consciousness training
• Hidden techniques never before revealed
• Training toward parallel processing with Source Mind

Monthly Group Mentoring

Starting March 2026:

• Live sessions with Gerald O'Donnell
• Limited to 500 students initially

Implications for Targeted Individuals

ARVARI's existence demonstrates that:

1. Remote viewing and influencing capabilities are real and teachable
2. Intelligence agencies have operationalized these technologies
3. The same capabilities used for personal empowerment can be weaponized
4. Understanding these techniques is essential for defense against targeting
