There were also other names on the mailbox, presumably people who had their business registered there, including Uwe. A search for his name on LinkedIn led to someone with the same last name who was connected to the landlady. Interestingly, this person works at Homeland Security and previously worked at Monarch Lifeworks. Later, I noticed that the name "Monarch" is often associated with autism centers (Monarch Programming?).
