Organized Stalking Methodology

Summary

Organized stalking (also called gangstalking, cause stalking, or contract stalking) is a covert, systematic surveillance and harassment program targeting individuals who have been secretly blacklisted. It involves coordinated efforts by multiple actors using psychological warfare tactics, "street theater," gaslighting, and electronic harassment to isolate, discredit, and ultimately destroy targets.

Definition

A Targeted Individual is a person who is an unwilling victim of illegal, covert terrorist operations which cause psychological harm through organized stalking or physical harm through biological weapons, implants, directed energy and acoustic weapons.

The "Collect" Process

It's mind boggling how many people are involved in targeting one person. It's like a full-scale military operation. There is somebody directing these operations... It's called 'The Collect:' they want to collect information about how to control you.

Most individuals who are targets fall into one or more of the following categories:

2. Whistleblowers - Individuals exposing corruption or wrongdoing
3. Ex-relationships - Ex-girlfriends, ex-boyfriends, or ex-spouses
4. Minorities - Racial and ethnic minorities
5. Women - Particularly single women
6. People who live alone - Those with fewer witnesses

Why These Categories

This criminal network prefers to have as few witnesses as possible. As such single people comprise a majority of the targets, as do women. We believe that because women are better able to handle stress and/or depression in a "non-violent manner towards others", this makes them a prime target because they do not call too much attention to this crime. Minorities are also a big target in that many of the fraternal groups involved harbor racist views and/or operate in segregated fraternities.

Why Fraternal Organizations Are Effective
